A flowing vinyasa style class, focusing on syncing the breath with movement. A short warm up sequence and a few postures of deep stretch towards the end to help you unwind and relax.
12:00pm - 1:00pm
MovMeant workshop will guide you towards reconnecting body-mind-soul by using various movement practices, exploratory exercises, vocalization, breath and your imagination to assist in your self-love journey towards a more peacefully connected you. ALL LEVELS are invited, 16 years of age and up is recommended. All you need is an open mind, open heart and a curiosity for self exploration!
1:15pm - 2:00pm
An Elemental Yin Yang practice inspired by the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine. Flow through an energizing Yang flow followed by a series of grounding, long-held Yin postures designed to leave you feeling nourished and refreshed.
2:00pm - 2:30pm
Intro to hand and arm balancing. Understand the fundamentals of moving your practice off the ground!
2:45pm - 3:15pm
Through yoga storytelling and creative yoga games; kids will move, breathe and have fun with yoga!
3:15pm - 3:45pm
Jock Yoga is an energetic, full-body yoga workout targeted toward the needs and strengths of athletic individuals (and men!). Without requiring extreme flexibility, Jock Yoga is a contemporary alternative to more traditional flow yoga classes.
4:00pm - 4:30pm
Ignite your yoga asana, evolve your sense of play with a fusion of play, dance, kickboxing, tribal & other innovative body movements. Rediscover restorative and rejuvenation in shivasana!
4:30pm - 5:00pm
Explore heart opening postures. This all levels practice will leave you feeling renewed and open to the possibilities of the universe. You may sweat a little, and you will definitely restore.
5:15pm - 6:00pm
Intro to acro yoga. This mini workshop is the perfect opportunity for anyone to try this uplifting practice in a safe and supportive environment. Attendees will learn the foundations for a responsible practice and will be guided step by step through fun and attainable beginner poses and movements. You don’t need to bring a partner to participate, we’ll find one for you. Step outside your comfort zone and try something new – you’ll be glad you did!
6:15pm - 6:45pm
Power yoga class. A dynamic yoga practice where breath is intricately connected to physical postures and movement. This class helps build strength, flexibility and ease in your body, mind and soul.
6:45pm - 7:15pm
Wendy's class is a restorative gentle practice suitable for everyone. Slowly waking up the joints and muscles in preparation for inquiry and an essential oil infused guided meditation.

Hip Hip Hooray! Come experience a juicy flow yoga class that will stabilize & mobilize around your hips, and get them cheering for joy. Accessible for all levels.

Using skills and movements developed for folk dance, participants will get an introduction to "Pineapple Flower Yoga", a Filipino folk dance-inspired yoga class. Glass balancing and fan play will be the highlighted skills to complement a yoga practice that includes standing to seated poses along with arm balances. All levels welcome.
4:30pm - 5:15pm
