MICHAEL DeCORTE
Jock Yoga is an energetic, full-body yoga workout targeted toward the needs and strengths of athletic individuals (and men!). Without requiring extreme flexibility, Jock Yoga is a contemporary alternative to more traditional flow yoga classes, and helps to build strength and endurance in your yoga practice and other physical activities.


KAYE PENAFLOR
Using skills and movements developed for folk dance, participants will get an introduction to "Pineapple Flower Yoga", a Filipino folk dance-inspired yoga class. Glass balancing and fan play will be the highlighted skills to complement a yoga practice that includes standing to seated poses along with arm balances. All levels welcome.

Gaisheda Kheawok is a Tribal Elder, Medicine Person, Seer and Healer with over 30 years of experience in Shamanic Soul-Based Energy Medicine™.

Lisa’s approach to encouraging movement in the early years is imaginative, informative, and engaging. She shows anyone, of any age, that they can have a positive connection to their body that is supported by mindful movement.

JULIE WATSON
Julie Watson brings over 10 years of fitness, nutrition, and yoga training to her classes, and workshops. She fuses her positive attitude, and belief that anything is possible, to create dynamic, spirited classes with a focus on alignment.

INCIA ZAFFAR
Incia Zaffar is a graduate of Political Science from York University and holds a Master of Science in Education degree from Medaille College. Incia brings yoga, storytelling, relaxation and fun through movement and mindfulness to kids.

KIMBERLY HASSELFELDT
Kim offers classes where students can relax and clear their minds, while still being challenged and delivering what their physical body needs.

NEERU KOTHARI
Neeru was brought up in a household that embodied the yogic way of life. Before yoga hit mainstream, Neeru’s father opened up their family home in the early 90s to bring yoga to the western world. His teachings were completely free, as his mission was to help people heal themselves through this ancient practice. Growing up with this influence and mentor was the beginning of Neeru’s passion for yoga.

ELLA ISAKOV
Ella discovered yoga over a decade ago while living in Japan working as a school teacher. Upon returning in 2007, she completed her teacher training and in 2010 gave up her day job to teach yoga full-time.

WENDY MELVILLE
Wendy came to yoga after being diagnosed with depression,anxiety and a chronic pain related illness over 16 years ago. Bringing yoga into her daily life has helped her bring balance to the roller coaster of symptoms, and she will be happy to share her story with you.

LINDA IAMUNDI
Linda received her Hot Yoga certification from Moksha Yoga in 2009, studied Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater, is certified in Pre/Post-Natal Yoga, and is certified to teach yoga to homeless and at-risk youths and teens from the Street Yoga Teacher Training.

ERIN AQUIN
Erin is an international author and yoga teacher. She is the creator of Elemental Yin Yang yoga, a unique blend of vigorous flow sequences and long-held Yin poses, infused with the wisdom of Chinese Medicine.

MEDITATION TORONTO
As a service to the community Meditation Toronto has been giving free classes in the Greater Toronto Area for over 20 years. They practice and teach an ancient form of meditation known as mantra meditation.
